Hi, I’m Fiona! I can’t wait to help you achieve a happier, healthier life
I’m passionate about helping you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with how you truly feel — so you can live with greater ease and freedom.
As a qualified nurse with an MBA, nutritionist, mindfulness practitioner, and yoga teacher, I combine evidence-based knowledge with holistic practices to support clients in building healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Whether working one-to-one or within a group, I help you apply simple, effective tools that make a real difference.
With over 12 years’ experience as a Risk Consultant in Ireland, I also work with organisations to create and maintain a culture of safety and wellbeing, engaging teams and fostering a shared commitment to meaningful change.

I love to help people. I always have.
It stems from my own childhood when firstly my sister died when I was very young. It affected my mother very deeply and over the years she was admitted to the local psychiatric hospital where she was heavily medicated. Even then, I knew my Mum needed a different kind of help. She didn’t need to be sedated. She needed to feel her grief and have support to help her process that grief. Unfortunately, at the time, the only solution was admission to hospital.
I experienced my own challenges when I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition in my 30’s, burn out from a divorce, working long hours and studying part time.
This experience drove me to dig deeper and understand the root causes of any ailment, not just addressing symptoms and problems at a surface level. It taught me the importance of integrating different aspects of the wellness industry and the medical profession. I learned first hand that Knowledge Is Power and that we can take an active role in our own health and wellbeing.
I qualified as a general nurse in 1998, received an Hons Degree in Occupational Health Nursing in 2001, became a Yoga Teacher, have a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, am a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and the list goes on. You can see a full list of my qualifications & professional memberships at the end of this page.
I want to help people who are searching for answers. I want to empower people through education on how the body works.
For example: if you are experiencing ongoing stress – have you tried some simple tools to feel better?
or
If you are going through grief – here are some tips to help you.
I want to help people who rely on the medical system for their wellness without knowing how they can help themselves. I want to show people how they can care for themselves more. How they can be care free when they tune into themselves.
I want to show them by taking these simple steps following my programs that it’s possible to live well every day. Working in partnership with our Doctors provides tools and a practical approach to living well every day.
I bridge the best of mainstream & holistic worlds with simple solutions & daily rituals that empower you to live well every day.

I offer a tried and tested methodology, of finding solutions through a network of professionals as well as my own expertise.

My mission is to create a community where people learn how to treat themselves with kindness, tune into their "wellsense" and embrace what’s “real”.
I provide courses, getaways and tools; built around the 4 key "wellsense" pillars of food, movement, sleep, & connection in a global community that is kind, supportive and fun.
It’s easy to get started and simple to progress, one step at a time. You set the pace that is kindest for you.

I offer simple solutions and daily rituals.
For example, using meditation and yoga to transport you to another space and bring transformation if physically one cannot go anywhere.

Community:
Where we find wisdom, safety and security.
Care Free Me aims to build a community steeped in the knowledge that everyone holds a piece of wisdom to be shared.
Together we find the whole.
Compassion:
We set kindness as the intention for every conversation. When our intention is to be kind in whatever we do in life there is a real opportunity to help with a genuine heart.
Balance:
It is here that you will connect with the real you and harmony will be found there.
When we find ourselves & our lives are out of balance, we are in a place to search/welcome new ways to bring harmony into our lives.
This is when we can choose to give ourselves the gift of ‘time in’ for ourselves to create space to digest what’s happening.
Listening to Your Body:
It has something to tell you that you need to hear. The body is always talking to you. It’s whether we choose to listen to it or not. The body is a messenger and by tuning into our senses we can be present with what is real.
Creating Safe Spaces:
A place where everyone can be heard and everyone is valued. When people feel safe it’s a lot easier to make a change. We want it to be easier for them to make simple changes that nurture their whole self.
When we feel heard, we feel valued. We all want someone to hear our story/our pain and how to move through it.
